The Hampshire

Owner: Wesley Housing, LLC

The Hampshire consists of 56 garden-style walk-up apartments across two historic buildings. The scope of work included full renovation both buildings and recapturing of space in the lower levels to add three new units to the property. Funding was provided by Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) and historic tax credits. The renovation included an upgrade to plumbing and electric utilities, updated kitchens and bathrooms, a new community room, and interior and exterior accessibility improvements. The buildings were designed and constructed to meet Enterprise Green Communities standards. This project met the district requirement for 35% CBE participation.


La Casa Supportive Housing Washington, DC

La Casa Permanent Supportive Housing, located in the thriving Columbia Heights neighborhood, replaced a former makeshift homeless shelter on the site made up of temporary trailers. The new residence facility provides single-occupancy efficiencies for 40 men with a community room, private courtyard, and a dramatic two-story entry.

Brookland Place Apartments Washington, DC

Brookland Apartments is a renovation of 12 Apartment Buildings that has a total of 80 apartment units varying in sizes from one bedroom to two bedrooms.


Kenyon House Cooperative Washington, DC

Owner Representative: Mi Casa, Inc. Architect: EDG Architects

This project consisted of major renovations of an eight-unit apartment building for low income housing residents. Work included complete renovations to all kitchens and bathrooms, new flooring, MEP upgrades, new HVAC systems, security system installation, interior painting, and exterior restoration.


Thompson Place Apartments Washington, DC

This project is a renovation of a three-story 19- unit multifamily apartment building including all new utilities, finishes, exterior renovations and conversion of utility space.
